An initiative supported by the DAFM in collaboration with the ACA
Farm Well Hub is more than just a resource; it’s a community created by farmers, for farmers, to provide tools and support for mental and physical well-being. Whether you’re dealing with stress, isolation, or physical health challenges.
Anne-Marie, of Amella Wellbeing Coaching & Nutrition in Naas, Co. Kildare, is your host. She brings a unique blend of industry experience and personal experience to the Farm Well Hub’s wellbeing webinars.
Raised in a farming community and working in the Mental Health sector for over a decade, she understands the challenges faced by farmers.
Anne-Marie is an All-Ireland football winner, an Ironman podium athlete, and has represented Ireland. She will be joined weekly by farmers and other mental health champions to start the conversation and provide practical guidance to enhance farmers and their families wellbeing.
